The first day without any kids in the house is always hard and despite the tears you still managed to perk up enough to put up a video for us.
I remember the twins first day at school. The wife was trying to be upset but just couldn’t stop laughing at the fact one of them went up to this crowd of other ‘new’ mums and totally embarassed me in front of everyone.
If only they came with mute buttons…
I’m glad your little girl had a great time. It helps to settle in if they enjoy it.
I know it’s so much harder on us parents than it is on the kids when they go off to do things on their own for the first time. It’s been many years since I had a five-year-old but I cried for months when my 18-year-old moved out of state a few years ago. It’s still hard some days.
I guess that’s what makes us Moms – that special bond we feel with our children. I’ll be thinking of you. Hopefully, things will be a little better after the first week or so.
Regarding mentoring have you ever thought of creating a membership site? It can be as simple as a wordpress blog with password access or have a forum set up, though that is a little more complex.
You give away more free information than any marketer I know and this would allow you to get your feet wet in the mentoring business without a lot of stress. People could join and ask you questions and you could go into detail about how you do things and run your business. You could give examples and videos of step by step processes.
I am sure you would have lots of interest if the price was reasonable.
I am belatedly catching up with your videos and posts after a cross-country move, so this is a little late. But, I wanted to say I agree with Rhonda as far as setting up some type of forum. You could really reach a lot of people in a mentor situation, and you would grow as a mentor in the process. Then, if you wanted to mentor one-on-one and felt more comfortable doing so, it would be a natural next step.

Awwwwwwwwwhhhhhh! I’m a Preschool Teacher and I love the fact you are such a “MOMMY”! LOL.
Some Mom’s could careless and in fact go to work just so they don’t have to stay home with their kids.
GREAT JOB!!!! WELL DONE!

Just a thought.
