You are certainly looking and sounding happier than you have been in a while. This activity sound like a good idea. I have to take Robert Ludlum back to the library today so that will be a walk to the town centre. The first time out of the house since 4am last Friday – must do better!
So good to see both you happy and healthy (again) girls. You have both been through the wringers, haven’t you?
I’m so glad you have opted for some outside activities, as I don’t think you were very inspired by the treadmill use last year. At least the treadmill is always a fallback I suppose.
I look forward to seeing the results now you seem to have found the track you started carving for yourself after your 30 day work break, way back whenever that was.
Helene – me and the dog? LOL! Yes we both had a tough time. You’re right, the treadmill’s just boring. If I have to exercise inside, it’ll be that or the cellercizer but I prefer non exercise activities. Golf is a love of mine. The zoo is just calming and relaxing.
Good to see you on the mend emotionally and physically. You have been a great example of ways to handle stressful situations while working from home. I have a lot of respect for you and all you have accomplished. Take care!
BTW, I am really looking forward to your product launches.

I played some Wii golf yesterday, does that count for anything?
Sure does Carrie!
