Chris Farrell Membership Review Part 1

Author: Hi everyone! Continuing my Chris Farrell Membership review here. I told you last time how I posted in his forum like I was instructed. Two of his people replied and then Chris did too today. Being the cynical Honey badger that I am, I’m thinking it’s probably a canned welcome message OR he’s just NOT using a canned message with ME because he knows I’m doing a review.
So I go snooping. I check out other people’s introductions and guess what? Chris greets each one of them with a personalized individual message that shows he’s read their introduction. Impressive. You think when someone starts making $15-20k a week or more (likely MUCH more but I’m going off the one CB screen shot I saw), he would be busy relaxing but he’s not. He’s connecting with his audience and you guys KNOW how much I love that stuff!
Okay again as part of my new ritual, I used “getting all dolled up” time (ie: makeup and curler time) to watch another video lesson. This one is still in the Getting Started section and I like how Chris does two main things:
- Puts you at ease about your fears and doubts by sharing his own feelings.
- Doesn’t overwhelm you with TMI (too much information).
He also doesn’t drone on in his videos for 20 minutes going offtrack. He has a specific message, he delivers it, he tells you what to do next. That’s rare. Even I babble when I do videos so he’s pro at this.
I get the feeling he is REALLY going to be extremely step-by-step with this membership, leaving no stone unturned. Which is why he’s ranked #1 on sites for this type of mentoring, probably.
Okay this is cool! The next video is almost like those old books where you choose which path to go on. Remember those? Well he has three paths you can choose based on where you are now. Personally, I’m starting with the very basics. Why would I do this? Because there’s no way on Earth I know exactly what Chris Farrell knows.
I want to see how he does EVERYTHING from the very basic level on up. If I skip, being a know-it-all, I could be doing myself a real disservice. But if you aren’t the same, feel free to move ahead.
I start on the beginner’s path. He has some truths for newbies. I love that. Finished Step 1 of the Beginner’s Series. He uses a combination of PowerPoint type presentations mixed with him on camera. Nice mix throughout the site so far. I like how he is FAR from the “Get Rich Quick” scammers in what he teaches.
From a marketing perspective:
I still like how Chris leads me with those big red Click Here Now type buttons. No confusion. Every page has a little snippet video – a few seconds in nature but has a big impact on guiding and motivating me. He’s looking right at me, makes me feel connected.
One thing I notice is that on the individual pages, people are trying to ask Chris questions. Maybe somewhere in there it needs to be stressed that they have to ask questions in the forum or wherever he has that set up. Looks like he’s not personally active in the comments area on each page (understandable since there are literally thousands per page), but I’d hate for people to sit there expecting an answer.
Also regarding the comments page, it says I will stay on this page after posting a comment. Whenever I post a comment, it takes me to an error page – yet I go back to the page and my comment did post. Might want a technical person to check on that.
He has some of the pages integrated with Facebook, having you Like the page when you finish.

I agree with you about starting out at the beginning. He may have that one tip that you have always been looking for. If you start higher, you could miss that. Have fun.

I am so glad you rate Chris Farrell- I have been a huge fan of his for a couple of years, and recently completed his ‘Chris Mentor Me’ course.
His training is so detailed and so enjoyable !
I would recommend him to anyone starting out online – he literally takes you by the hand in the right sequence, and makes it all so easy to follow.
Frustratingly, people still leave questions on the main pages,instead of the Forum, which is managed by his excellent team .
Membership is affordable for most, and as you say, his videos are all fairly short, and stored in the membership site for further reference – a huge bonus for me!
He is very funny as well !

So far so good Barbara! I’m going to be surprised when and if I find anything negative to say about him.
My question is: Since Chris will host a site for you, with membership, is that hosting tied to to your membership.
If you drop the membership, is your hosting gone too?
And would your URL be a sub-domain of ChrisFarrell.com/mysite or something like that.

I have to tell you I am a huge fan of his step by step approach. I have learned a lot. I found out I love the techie part. I’m not afraid to screw things up because I understand it and have confidence I can fix it. I’m a problem solver by nature so that fits me to a t. I wouldn’t have known that if he hadn’t started me on the basics. A couple of years ago I didn’t have a clue about half of the stuff I ran across, now I actually get it. Finally…and with your help I’m ready to kick butt(or make friends). You guys are all great.

I’ve actually used his services also. I love his step by step videos and he makes a conscious effort not to make them too long. I also like that you can pick up his training regardless of your level of knowledge. It’s not just for beginners, whether you know a little something or nothing at all you can benefit. You don’t have to review info you are familiar with, you can just skip it and go to what you need.
