Hi Tiffany,
I was a little confused when you talked about articles and pages. Would you mind clarifying your definitions of these. I always thought that it was best to have an individual post for each keyword in order to get it into your url each time.
Sure – this page: http://toptoysthisyear.com/ has five articles on it. This page: http://toptoysthisyear.com/outdoor-toys.php has 1 article on it. In IPK it’s different form using a WordPress blog like in Bring the Fresh – he teaches how you pull in traffic from using related keywords, etc. Which is why one page may have five articles. But here’s what I plan to do…
I’ll have main pages, like my outdoor toys page. It’ll have several articles on it. Then I might have a page called outdoor trampolines and it might have just one article on it because it’s more narrow.
You mention outsourcing your articles in a few of your videos. Is it possible for you to recommend some good article writers to us? And secondly IPK is being relaunch on monday, do you know what price and what’s new info he has in it?
Thanks so much for this! I always build out huge keyword lists and then end up feeling overwhelmed because they’re not very organized. This looks so easy to work with, I’m definitely going to “borrow” your spreadsheet set up.
Hi Tiffany,
Best of luck with the toys page. I have no doubt you’ll figure out how to hit page one in Google search for your keywords. I was just glancing at your spreadsheet and I don’t know if the entire page was showing on the screen, but there was one category of toys I didn’t notice. I did a quick search, and in the Google keyword tool, eco friendly toys and eco friendly toy get 9,900 and 6,600 searches per month, respectively. Eco toys gets 40,500, and Amazon, God love ‘em, has a whole section of environmentally friendly and “green” toys. If you had that listed and I missed it, sorry for sticking my nose in. I’m sure you plan on adding more keywords as you go along, and if you don’t have it now, I’m know you would have gotten around to it. I just know that you said in one of the earlier videos you want to maximize the potential of this site, and you give all of us such good information, I’d like to return the favor once in a while, if I can. Also, on the Google keyword tool, after you enter the Captch phrase, if you hit Tab, it should move you to the Submit key and then you can just hit Enter without having to take your hands from the keyword to use the mouse. At least, it works that way for me. Have a great week!
Yep I have a strategy ) I start with the most basic keyword: toy. Then I build those pages and then branch into more toys. For instance, when I start searching for the brand name plan toys, it will deliver eco friendly toys, etc. I dig down by layers until I get to the most basic one.
Thanks for the info.
Also thanks for sharing the way you organise your keyword research list.
I haven’t ventured into other types of site formats other than wordpress blogs. Is this format exclusive to the IPK programme or can it be uploaded on its own (like wordpress)?
No you can use Network Blazer to promote anything. I use it on http://www.downloadguard.info to promote a clickbank product. I love how clean it looks, how easy it is to use with modules, etc.

PS Anthony – I SO appreciate that you got my back on this – the kindness isn’t overlooked
And thanks for the captcha code trick!
Thanks for the info.
