Thankfully your son is okay. Sometimes we need to step back and take a breath and take care of priority personal and/or professional business. You have given so much, that it is time we also step back and allow you to put yourself and your family first.
I hope you take as long as you need and do not try to come back too soon. You need to do what is right for yourself first. If you don’t take care of yourself, you can’t help others (I learned that the hard way years ago.)
As for that guy who is being critical about BTF: For one thing, instead of relying on you alone, he should just go ahead and sign up for it if he is that interested. Most people will appreciate your thoroughness in reviewing products.
Unbelieveable that someone would have the gall to even say anything like that. Let it go and know that you can only do so much.
Don’t worry about things like the 30 Day Challenge. We are all adults and have things like this happen in our lives as well.
Bottom line – take care, take time to yourself and whatever you have to do to right your ship once more. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Aww Tiff! Thank goodness your son is okay. Having a child in a car accident is every parents worst nightmare.
To the person who complained you weren’t going fast enough in your BTF review, I can only say: “Have you paid for this review, or are you getting it for free? Tiffany does proper, in depth reviews of products for FREE so that we can all benefit from. If you don’t like what you see about BTF to date, then don’t bother buying it. You can buy the basic membership now and upgrade to the Full Disclosure membership later, if you choose. You don’t need Tiff’s FD review to decide whether to buy BTF Basic.”
Have a break and take some pressure off yourself, Tiff. We’ll be here when you get back.
Hey Tiffany,
Sorry to hear about your troubles. Take a deep breath, deal with the issues and take care of number one!! Yes, you are right, thank goodness for working at home!
Just to let you know that you inspire me!
We will be here when you get back! No worries!!
RoseMarie
Everyone appreciates all the time and effort you put in to help everyone. Now is the time to focus on you and your family. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.
You are great at what you do and you are appreciated greatly. We’ll be here when you get back.
Tiffany, Take as long as you need. We’ll all still be here when you are ready. The joy of being self employed and having a passive income is to be able to take time out as an when you want or need to.
I hope your son is okay and circumstances were in his favour as much as they can be when these things happen.
As for the guy waiting for the review – is he paying for it? If not, I can provide a selection of phrases mostly containing two words should you wish to use them.
I look forward to your next video when you are fully refreshed and everythings under control.
Hey Tiff, sorry things are so rough. I will pray for you. I’m sure in a week you’ll be feeling much better.
I do have to laugh though that someone gave you grief about your reviews. It’s not like this is a paid membership site, you don’t own anyone anything.
Anyway, I’ve only been following you for about a month and I love your blog. Watching you helps keep me motivated and I’ve learned a few things. You are also one of the most open and giving IM bloggers I have come across, so thanks!
Sorry to here about your not yourself with all the headache of family life, it can’t be easy. Let me tell you something, you are only human, you are not ‘bionic Tiffany’ so when you need to shut down and deal with your life issues that’s what you got to do. Forget what people are saying about being sloppy with reviews and you taking your time with things. This is the reason why you have achieved what you have and why many follow and really listen to what you have to say. I (we) love that you are in depth with your reviews and methods because it shows that you are real when it comes to delivering and sharing the results whether good or bad. So Tiff don’t worry about us and the 30 day challenge we can manage without you (it will be so hard though .
Take it easy and only come back when you are physically and mentality ready, because if you don’t look after yourself who will.
Hi Tiff, Just watched your vid and had to leave a message to offer my support. You don’t have to make videos or even write reviews on which internet marketing guide is worth the money for us newbies but you do and its much appreciated. Your down to earth approach and general honesty about what you’re doing online to make money is something that’s hard to find on the web..
Don’t listen to those impatient individuals who expect you to do a million things at once (to be honest you actually do that quite well), like you said it’s a matter of priority and everyone has their own. Hope you can get everything settled with the family and ghost writing. Mean while I’ll be waiting patiently for you to return as your usual upbeat, organised and helpful self..
Family comes first. Period. That is one of the reasons we work at home, right?
Life Happens…usually when we least expect it. You will make it through this…thank God your son is ok-that is the most important thing. All of the other stuff associated with it is a nuisance but it will all settle down eventually.
As far as critics, you have so many people that think the world of you and everything that you provide to all of us, you just have to take that person with a grain of salt. No one can please everyone all the time.
Just know with everything you have taught me and all of your other followers, you far outshine any criticism from one schlub. Just ignore it…he doesn’t deserve you or your knowledge and value that you so freely provide.
Take care and get some rest. Everybody deserves a break every now and then. No apologies needed.
Take of yourself and your family. I can say we all appreciate all that you do for us and for free at that. So if you need time for yourself we understand. We keep you and your family in our prayers. Take care. See ya when you get back.
I am happy to hear that your son is okay. Take your time and handle your business. Your family is in my prayers. Don’t stress! I learned that hard way from being on active duty. A good thing that helps me out is to write a to do list page for each task or just brainstorm what needs to be done. We will still be hear when you get back. Maybe some of us can tell you, when you come back what we did while you were gone. I still have to go back and watch your Productive Videos and finish going through the Bring the Fresh Core Videos. Thanks for sharing online with us. Take care….
Love you guys. You’re so wonderful to me. I feel better already – got the ticket taken care of via a lawyer I’ve used since age 16 for tickets. Got the body shop chosen, the tow company on its way, the a/c guy on HIS way. I just had to knock it all out so I can concentrate on writing. Thanks for understanding and being so supportive. I’ll be back!
Just heard and had to come by and give my support. Sorry to hear this happened and hope your son recovers quickly. I’m sure just dealing with the aftermath of the accident would overwhelm anyone. Make sure you take moments of time for yourself to clear your head and put things in proper perspective. Even if it’s only 15-20 minutes.
You should feel free to step back, from anything and everything, when you feel personal issues come up or family needs you. The things that affect us the most are the ones we haven’t experienced before. You just got handed more than your share. Kids, bless them, make bad choices sometimes. Sometimes they get away with it, sometimes they don’t. Let’s hope this is a lesson well learned.
My thoughts and prayers will be you and your family. Here’s to a speedy recovery, other issues
resolved easily, and peace of mind.
O you better be back lol…just teasin. I cant view the video but from what I see in the posts hope your son is okay….take ur break to take care of fam and personal business.
Sorry to hear of your current troubles. You need to take care of yourself and your family FIRST. Please do what you need to do and we will be here for you )
Crickey! When it hits the fan in your household, it ALL hits at once.
I believe you are doing exactly what you need to do (but not enough) by shutting down… give yourself an hour or so to have a bloody good cry and get all that anxiety and toxic adrenalin out of your system.
Then take a long relaxing bath with aromatherapy (yes, even in summer, because you will feel much cooler and refreshed when you get out of the bath….. only needs to be 30 minutes to help balance you again.
Then go through your most urgent ‘must do’ list once again, and see what else you can cut off it even more than you have. And then go DELEGATE some more of it.
I have been watching your stuff the past couple of months or so and adding up all the balls you have in the air at the moment and asking myself what on earth you were doing!?!?! Too much – much too much, going on at once.
You had that 30 days off work to review your life plans… go have a look at them and see if you are off the planned path or not… maybe this is another wake-up call.
And YOUR HEALTH has to feature highly in your ‘life’ plan again, as how on earth can you cope with all this ‘stuff’ if you are in a physical as well as emotional mess – yikes!
*scolding over*
Its a good thing that apart from the sad news about your auntie, everything else is ‘fixable’…
And as for the rest of us, we can go and put on our ‘big girl’ panties and take care of ourselves for a few days… I admit to also becoming a little bit addicted to your updates here and your tweets etc. but like everyone else, I’ll work things out on my own for a week or so – lol!
We will all be thinking of you, and wishing the whole family the best over your recuperation and recovery time.
You will feel like a million dollars again when all your ghost-writing backlog has been cleared up too.
Scolding taken w/love, Helene I took a long bath – I love baths. And yes, I bawled for about 30 minutes in the tub. Hard cries that made my chihuahua crawl under her dog bed and peek out at me. I also got some chocolate almond ice cream and watched a few minutes of TV and read a chapter of a book to try to make my mind go numb.
The whole ghostwriting thing is such a double edged sword. How else could I bring in that much money – and I have to – for tuition? But then the stress associated with being late for someone ELSE’S project is horrible. If it’s my own stuff, that’s on me. I know I’ll feel like Heaven once my client projects are delivered. It’ll free me up to focus on me once again.
Hey, Tiff. I certainly can’t add anything to the wonderful sentiments that have been shared by other readers. I’m thinking about you, praying for you and want you to know that I APPRECIATE YOU!!!! You are awesome!
Just watched your video, my internet has been down a couple of days. So glad your son is ok. It is so scary to have your child in a wreck. A friend’s son got hit by a dump truck and the car was pushed down the road. Thankfully he is ok too.
You don’t have to justify why you take your time with the reviews. We are all so happy that you share this with us. Your first priority is taking care of your family and making a living is part of that. These reviews may or may not make you any money.
So, thank you so much for taking the time to share your knowledge and to Hell with the guy that bitched. (Excuse my language but that word fit the best.)
Hey Tiff. Omg girl, as my mama always says, when it rains it pours. You take care of yourself and your family because that is what is truly important.
Don’t you be worring your pretty little head about this person that said your getting sloppy. He obviously does not come here very often and does not know the true value of FREE information you work your ass off to get to your readers.
Take it easy and take care of what you need to right now. Were not going anywhere.
Hey Tiffany. Boy, doesn’t life have a way of throwing everything at you at once!! I totally know where you are coming from, as you know my granddaughter was born this past week with health issues. I have had to take a step back from my online business as well to lend support to my son and daughter in law while we wit for any news.
So my advice: Take care of yourself and your family first. Take thirty minutes a day to just meditate and relax. Talk to your friends and family and know you have all the support you need from you online family as well. And yes it’s okay to have a good cry.
