OMG I just found another procrastination tool. It’s called WhosTalking – a social media search engine that lets you see all the web 2.0 postings about a particular topic – even yourself!

I went to the website – http://whostalkin.com and on a lark entered my own name. Goodbye time! I started reading through Tweets where someone had mentioned my name (and maybe not done an @TiffanyDow so I wouldn’t have seen it in my @replies).

I started reading who had ever mentioned me in forums. Loved finding a conversation from March where some people had benefited from my advice in a WAHM forum. I was flattered to read that a struggling marketer posted he was so upset by poor ghostwriting that he was saving up to buy more expensive articles from me to ensure he got top quality.

That’s a quick sneak peek – imagine what you can do when you use this tool for marketing purposes and not to spy on what people are saying about you! What’s cool is that once you’re done reading it, you can click the Options tab on the left sidebar and save your search for future use.
