    For the Greenest Internet Marketer

    By Tiffany | October 13, 2006

It wasn’t until today that I realized how many people are launching their Internet marketing careers without a clue as to what they’re doing.

I didn’t know either a few years ago when I got hired by a guru (Jimmy Brown) to write an info product. I didn’t know what that was, either, and of all the topics he needed, it was how to make money on the ‘net. Oh boy. I had to sheepishly admit I was not familir with it at all!

He was so kind and generous and walked me through the basics and that led to another person hiring me for the subject, and another, and another. Soon I became the voice behind many top ‘net marketers - and it was all because I had the ability to write for consumers.

You don’t need this talent to succeed. I’m launching this blog to reach out to the ‘net marketing community and find out what it is you need to know.

For instance, I asked around to some friends and family members (and read a few forum posts, too) and found out that many people think Internet Marketing is selling cell phones or some tangible item on eBay. (Hey some even think it’s all about scamming people!)

While eBay can certainly benefit from net marketing, that’s not what it is. Unfortunately, most of you will have already spent a small fortune on various eBooks with free bonus reports that promise to lead you to riches. Everything I tell you will be FREE.

I can boast personal contact with many big names - aside from Jimmy, there’s John Reese, Rich Schefren, the folks at Empowerism, and a horde of others. I’ve worked with them and they’ve graciously guided me in my own Internet marketing efforts - and I didn’t have to spend a dime to pick their brains, either. A perk of my career I guess!

I would like to have anyone who’s just starting out to contact me. Consider me your personal well of free information.

If you’re wondering who I am - go to Elance and look up Writertiff. I’ve built a client list that makes others green with envy, but I’m toning down my writing business to focus on ‘net marketing myself. I just can’t stand to have a client tell me he’s making $500/day off of my product when he only paid me $1,000 to write it. It’s all in the marketing…
