MOMU Affiliate Marketing Case Study Update

Okay this is funny. This is an Internet marketing blog, but I’m ranked well for some “get your ex back” type of phrases for THIS blog now – just because of this case study. I’m on page 1 of Google for “last thing to give to your ex to make him regret letting you go” and page 1 for “i miss my ex now she’s gone.”

Oh well, maybe it’ll result in a sale or two :)

Okay let’s take a look at the stats:

No new affiliate sales. Yes, I’m like everyone else waiting for that geyser to hit. It sucks when it’s one sale and then you hear crickets. Good thing I have another source of income with my IM stuff and other niche markets for now.

I just submitted a new EZA tonight. I have 5 live ones in this niche right now on EZA. The stats for this are: 308 views and 79 clickthroughs.

The lenses have some new keyword phrases they’re being found for:

said goodbye now want him back

the story of me and my ex boyfriend’s reunion

miss my ex more with time

missing my ex

My Hub Page got some more Google hits. Have no clue for what keywords. Grrr.

I also made a Blogger blog for this niche. I’ll add to it when I want to. I’m waiting on my Lewis blog though. Here’s the blogger blog entry: http://how-to-win-back-your-ex-now.blogspot.com/.

Tomorrow I’ll work on my Affiliatenaire stuff again.

Tiff ;)

  • Tiffany – not sure if anyone else has pointed this out yet but you can see what keywords your hub is ranking for. Go into the affiliate settings in your hub profile and add Google analytics – you can then use GA to see what keywords you are ranking for :)

I totally forgot about GA thanks Clare! Let me ask you a question – when I go to GA, which this is the reason I rarely do, and choose my Hub Pages, I see the list of the keywords for ALL my hubs. Is there a way to whittle it down to just that ONE Hub? Because if not, I would have thousands of keywords to dig through to find the ones that one Hub was ranking for – not gonna happen. Which would mean I need to create a new HP account just for this niche I guess.
