Hi Tiff, please pass on our best wishes to your Son on his 18th Birthday.
I’m glad you are taking steps to expand your life as you wanted to. It is quiet unsettling that we suddenly notice fears that are irrational and certianly not there before. In my case I’ll justify it because the less I do the less can go wrong and the the less chance of me messing up anybody else’s life.
The wonders of internet marketing – I can sit in my 9 x 7 and churn out money making websites to provide and income and not upset anybody. Sounds so simple doesn’t it..
You mentioned awhile back about doing a post on writing on stuff you don’t know about. Can I be one of those blog vampires (sucking info out of you) and ask you to post on this.
I need to really try to increase my writing once the kids are back and school (I have tuitions to pay also), and while I’m not a bad writer, I really struggle with what to write. I need an outline or something, especially for product reviews. I’m amazed that writers like you can just pump out so many words – what is the secret (besides talent)?
Tiffany,
Wow, for someone who is scared you sure do put it out there! I am also going through a phase in my life where I am getting out of some of my comfort zones…so I can totally relate. It feels great when you do it though, doesn’t it?
When you speak of your fears such as crossing bridges and things like that I wonder if you have ever heard of The Emotional Freedom Technique?
EFT is a version of acupressure that you do on yourself by tapping certain points on your body…as weird as it sounds it really works and instantly. It works for fear and anger and a wide variety of what ails you.
You can go to YouTube and they have loads of videos that show you how to do it and it is amazing!!
It’s free and you can do it anywhere and any time when you are tripping.
Next time you are afraid of crossing a bridge you can “tap” on it and you will be amazed. I used it for being afraid to get on the high rung of a ladder when I needed to paint a ceiling and after 2 wks of being afraid…up I went as though I had never been afraid.

Thanks for being so real,

I have heard of that, Victoria – but have never used it
