Mandatory Marketing Reading
By Tiffany | July 3, 2007
I spent my birthday at a place I love - Barnes and Noble (okay, so I went shopping all over the place, but it was my first stop). Was surprised to see a display devoted to Seth Godin’s new book, “The Dip.”
It’s billed as “A little book that teaches you when to quit (and when to stick)” and although I haven’t finished it yet, it’s one of the best books on success I’ve ever read - and believe me, I’ve had to read my fair share for all the books I’ve ghostwritten on success mindset.
For marketers in particular, Seth’s book gives a keen insight into how you can persevere through the rough spots you’ll need to navigate and come out on top. No quitting - unless it’s the smart thing to do. The book was $12.95 and I got it with my B&N discount, so pick one up today and learn how to really make the most of your career.
