1000 Visitors in 30 Days
Well this is part 1. I’m implementing the final part of OWM’s plan – it’s a bonus free guide I got from Jennifer but you can download it free online anyway. The 1,000 visitors in 30 days report by Andrew Hansen looks great – as his stuff always does. Watch what I’ve done below and then read under the video, too.
Started on March 12th – wrote 1 article, linked to the product once, to another blog post once, and to a lens once. Added article from EZA.
- Told to write 1 article with keyword phrase in title and at least once in body – 300 words – and create 1 rewrite of that article, too.
- Post 1 per day to blog for 30 days (the originals – save the rewrites) – bold the keyword phrase in body.
- In each blog post, link to an INTERNAL page on the blog – to the previous article. So #2 links to #1 and so on…
- Add 1 article per day FROM an article directory too – someone else’s content. BUT give it an intro from you…”I found this article…”
Will continue working his system as I go.
Final One Week Marketing Decision
So I finally finished up my One Week Marketing analysis and I’m ready to give you the final thumbs up or thumbs down review decision. Today I analyzed the One Week Marketing Action Plan – just a quick overview of what to do on each day. Again, I think it’s more than a week UNLESS you have 100% of your time to devote to this. There is a TON of writing involved, too – so if you’re seeking a make money fast deal, this isn’t it. Well, I take that back – I DID have money within the first week of finishing my tasks BUT it wasn’t a get RICH quick program for sure.
I bought OWM on February 6th. I started working it February 8th. My first sale was February 21st. But then again, I wasn’t able to work on it every single day, remember. My lenses were published February 11th. So it took 10 days to make the first sale. That first sale, as you’ll recall, refunded. But I made 3 other sales besides that one – one on Feb 24th, Feb 27, and Mar 2.
The Checklist wasn’t much different from the Action plan – just has some check marks besides it or blank spots to add notes. (But hey, it looks good on the sales copy to say you get an action plan and a checklist
Just sayin…)
The One Week Marketing Mind Maps were a waste of space to me. I’m not a mind map kind of girl, though – maybe you are? I don’t need someone to visually show me that my EZA and my blog posts link to my Squidoo lens which equals affiliate money. I already know that. Continue…

Using Pen Names as a Marketer
Hi everyone!
One of my subscribers emailed me a great question and I wanted to share my thoughts about it with you.
She asked:
“I know that I am going to sound extremely uncreative BUT, how do you figure out your pen names, and how/when to go into anonymity? They say to build credibility we should use our real name, but sometimes that makes me EXTREMELY nervous.”

Case Studies Are Where It’s At
Everyone’s doing it – come on, try just a little!
I’m talking about case studies! It’s all the rage now and it’s SMART and effective! We see it all the time in the make money niche – “Watch me make $28,037.25 in just three hours!”
But what about other niches? Craig Desory at www.IdiotProofBlogging.com is doing it right – he’s starting free, blogging, answering questions – proving he knows his shit.
I’m now doing it, too – hopped right onto that band wagon! I launched my diet blog here: www.diydietplan.com/blog and I’m using myself as my guinea pig. (Emphasis on the pig – just kidding).
Proof!
We all want it. We’re all skeptical. When we all started talking in web 2.0 lingo, it was “peer-to-peer” this and that – and it still is! But it’s not enough to be just part of the crowd anymore. Consumers are onto us – they know we sneak around pretending to be one of them while flashing our pearly links all over the place.
Now, they want proof. You say you know how to lose weight? Oh yeah? How much weight have YOU lost and how did you do it? Prove it! You say you can decorate a cake in under 10 minutes? Show me, please! Otherwise I’m not shelling out a penny.
That’s what they’re thinking.
Will you answer the call or continue trudging along with text and audio. There’s a reason they say you “have to see it to believe it.”
Case studies are your starting point now. How do you do it?
1.) Start a blog – it’s FREE
2.) Start building a list from DAY ONE – it’s $19.95 at Aweber for unlimited lists – well worth it.
3.) Start social marketing about it – ALSO free – Twitter about it, make lenses, join relevant forums, build hubs – you get the picture.
4.) TALK about it. Gosh, so many people are afraid to start branding themselves as someone who knows their shit. You don’t have to fake it till you make it, but it’s OKAY to be honest and say, “I’m learning some great tricks to teach dogs and I’d like to share my knowledge with you.”
LET them see you BECOME the guru. You don’t have to be one up front. People like watching success build – and if you social market your case study, they’ll feel connected – like they’re a part of it.
My diet news traveled fast. Can’t even count the emails, PMs, and blog posts about it – and I wound up getting to talk to one of my idols in marketing (Rick Butts) because he’d heard of me and what I was doing from someone else and look what he did – bless his little heart – he Tweeted his followers about me!
I came home and saw an email inbox of Twitter follower notices from HIS followers cheering me on. This was great news. People talk. Will they be talking about you?

Work at Home TRUTHS
Well I’ve gone and done it. I launched my latest eBook – the first in a series of what will unravel every step of Internet Marketing from the very beginning in exact detail.
I get so many great communications via email from people at every skill level, and instead of hopping around from social site to social site and method to method, I wanted to back up, and map it all out from step 1.
That’s what Work at Home Truths is all about.
I know you’re seeing a lot of images of people frolicking at the beach with their laptop, seeing screen shots of (cough, cough – Photoshopped) earnings…and yeah, some of them are 100% true, but many are not!
It’s discouraging a lot of people who want SO badly to get into IM but don’t see that promised overnight success. I even saw one person post this week that they were suicidal over their failures in
the Warrior Forum the other day! (None of us know if it was real, but I always take things seriously just in case).
Well I’m posting the Work at Home Truths eBook in the WSO (Warrior Special Offer) section initially so that you save money and find out what it’s REALLY like to work from home.
I make great money, but it’s not a red carpet life.
I don’t believe you’re sheep in a herd. I believe you want the truth – it’s not like you’re five and need to believe in the money fairy. You’re a grown-up, is it too much to have someone be honest with you
and expose the warts of what this business has to offer?
Want to know the truth?
