Flipping Lenses Becoming an Addiction for Me

Okay, so I launched www.FlipThatLens.com about my experiences with flipping (creating and then selling) lenses on Squidoo. Aside from my customers seeing success (look on YouTube at my lens flipping customer for a comment from one who sold his for $200) but I’ve become a bona fide addict.
I’ve started flipping a lens a day. Just to see if I can. Now I had a bit of a glitch one day when a BuildMyLens.com customer asked to buy it as part of the VIP 4-pack he bought months ago but hadn’t used. But then we discussed his plans and decided it’d be best to hold off on making Kauai this particular client’s focus, since he has more pressing needs, so the lens at http://www.squidoo.com/theislandofkauai is back up for sale. I know there are many of you in the travel niche, and this is a beautiful lens!
I initially created it because they ran a piece in our local paper about how Mauai is becoming more commercialized (like Oahu) and Kauai is now seen as the “untouched” tropical paradise. They also mentioned that while the rest of America is in a real estate crisis, Kauai is seeing home sales rise from an average of $350,000 to more than $500,000. So this could be good for the real estate OR travel niche.
