That’s what you all are! Oh my. First of all, anyone who wants to talk angels in marketing but worries about backlash, toss that out the window! I had an overwhelming response to that whole discussion – 100% positive, even with atheists!
I have shed so many tears in the last 24-48 hours and apparently a lot of you have been too! I did this $1 course and PLR special (which ends Thursday, not Wednesday – thanks Roz for pointing out my bad math! LOL) and I had replies you can’t even believe.
A disabled army vet emailed me bawling from the public library (I believe that’s where he was). A subscriber had just gotten a $700+ shocking dental bill after she’d been saving up for some of my courses, wiping out her money for those. Spouses hit hard by their partner’s recent health woes or job losses needed this special SO bad.
I was a blubbering mess. My poor family probably thinks I’m insane. LOL!
Then I get an email from Patti (I don’t know if she wants her last name shared so I won’t but she can in comments if she doesn’t mind). THIS big hearted lady did the following…
She sends me a $10 paypal payment. Not for HER order. But because she’d read in the comments how some people couldn’t even afford the $1 sale. And she wanted to make some money available for those who REALLY need it. BIG FAT TEARS from me!
So there are 10 products available for 10 really needy people (please if you don’t need it, don’t take it from someone just to get a freebie). So let’s say you’re sitting there with $0.40 in your paypal. You email me and let one of Patti’s dollars pay for you to get one of my courses or a PLR pack.
NO SHAME, either! This lady typing this was once broke and desperate. It’s a hand UP not a hand OUT. These are angels in play – human and otherwise.

I am amazed at how many of you said you had a Tiff folder. Or that you open my email in a tab even though you can’t read it right then just so you won’t miss out. Do you have any idea how that makes me feel?

And many of you affiliates for PLR Mini Mart (I know Debra Conrad off the top of my head but there were a LOT of others) promoted knowing they wouldn’t get ONE penny in commission. They did it because they CARE.
So to all of you who hone in on the scumbags and spammers out there to rip you off, PLEASE take a moment to reflect on the kindness and generosity of others (I’m not talking about me – I’m talking about YOU here in my community).
The world has a lot of bad people in it, but a TON of good ones, too.

Oh wow! The generosity of some people is so amazing. I was thinking of buying a couple of your products when I saw that they were only a dollar but then I saw it as more of a chance for those that couldn’t afford them to have the chance to purchase them. I know there are not limited copies but I would rather pay the full price for them when I need them and I think it’s great that those people that wouldn’t have otherwise been able to afford them have the chance.
What you’re doing here, Tiff, is amazing. And what Patti did is also amazing too. What hit me is when you said about the people that wouldn’t have otherwise been able to afford your products and those that were saving for them finally have the chance to buy them. We hear so many times about people wanting everything for free and always asking for freebies and review copies and never want to put up the effort or money themselves – even when they can really afford it.
To hear that there were people out there that were going to deal with their hardships in silence without complaining or asking for freebies is incredible. Compared to those that just complain for the sake of it. Also, when we’re talking about info products that people were saving for, these people weren’t looking for free cash in their hands, they were looking to get INFORMATION that they could implement in order to create success. They were wanting to work for their income and they were going to do it without complaining about their current situation. That’s becoming a rare thing in this industry and perhaps humanity in general.
I just wanted to say that what you are doing here is amazing and the chivalry of some people is also amazing. I hope you know how special this last couple of days has been.
I believe in angels.

Tiffany, 1st I was inspired by your action, then I became awesomely inspired by Patti. I’d like to send you $10 for anyone who can’t afford your $1 sale. Let’s say 5 people could buy 2 products each. Or do whatever you think best. I just pulled my house of foreclosure last week w/ my ex – made the payment to the bank and that no longer hangs over our heads. This has been a wonderful experience for many, I’m sure. Many are going through financial difficulties and when do get the chance to get quality content for $1 per pack and not per page.
That was wonderful of Patti to do that for others because even though $1 isn’t a lot of money, it’s a lot when you don’t have it and I know that first hand.
My husband lost his job he had for the last 9 years this January and we went from living normally to no home, no medical and no income, with four kids and myself with health issues, in an instant. Fortunately he is working now and I’m actively trying to get my PLR business rolling but I know how it feels to not have an extra dollar to spare because of the need to pay a bill or buy medicine and food, so that is a wonderful thing that she did.
Debra too, I saw her email yesterday.
I hope those that benefit from her act of kindness remember it when they are on better footing and do the same for someone else in some way whether it is monetary or just helping someone.
You are teaching us to be unselfish even though we want to make money.

Then I started to read peoples’ messages and realized everyone else felt the same. I really enjoy your videos and I am a Honey lover, as well.
Take really good care of yourself. Have you ever used Coloidal Silver?(not sure of the spelling cause I sent our big bottle to college with my son) Great for prevention of infections, colds, etc. and no side effects. I buy ours at the Health Food store.

This is simply amazing! I already had tears in my eyes when I read the Angel post and the responses, but this tops it.
It’s so great to see so much kindness and honest selflessness like that! It’s easy to get jaded or cynical when you see all the bad things around you and it can make you despair. But posts like these and the responses to them make me believe in the good in people above all else. It’s the most beautiful thing.
And thank you for “outing” Patti – I’ve been reading her blog for some time now and this confirms again what a great woman she is! Patti, you’re awesome too!

As I mentioned in email, and a blog post, yesterday my baby girl turned 22. Her birthday has become a time of reflection for me, especially yesterday because I was 22 when she was born. So, her big day always makes me guage where I am in life and where I’m going. And I better stop there or you’ll have an essay length comment of me gushing about how blessed I feel…even in such a sometimes ugly world.

Thank you for the warm welcome Tiffany! (sidenote: I just realized I left a typo slip when I first commented, learing?? LOL) Anyway, I would have responded back faster but all heck broke loose here in Pa. last week with the flooding. My husband is fire chief here in our little valley so it was mayhem between the flooding and the fire calls, I was trying to keep the community updated as roads were closing etc. Our area was hit hard, people lost homes and belongings, thankfully no lives were lost locally.
Sorry, I went on a totally random spree there for a minute, it’s just so shocking. I have to admit before I came here I had NO idea what PLR was, I’m learning. I am over the top enjoying reading what you have to say, lord knows it’s exactly what I needed to come across. I love writing and connecting with people, and I do in many ways daily but obviously not the ways I need to do it in order to earn a living. I’ve written an ebook, although I didn’t have many sales but I still give myself kudo’s for learning how haha! I’m going to make some time to learn PLR/ghostwriting etc. and I’m going to take it seriously since really, I’m feeling like this is my last chance to really figure out a way to stay at home with my boys. Trust me, I’ve tried so many different direct sales companies and angles to earn an income and they all fall short (or maybe it’s me?)
Everyone close to me is always telling me that I need to write, and that I need to start a blog. The women in my club even named the blog that doesn’t yet exist “Talk to Tanya!” It looks like I have my work cut out for me, but that’s ok, it’s what keeps me going, and darn it with people like you out there…I can’t help but get there!!! Thank you for all that you do!

This was a timely offer for me, Tiff. It has been increasingly difficult to catch up on some debt and pay new bills. I am one of those who have been ripped off. In my case I bought a “Make Money on Kindle” kind of program for which the guy charged (I kid you not) $995.00 and MADE EVERYONE AGREE THAT THEY WOULD NOT ASK FOR A REFUND OR THEY COULDN’T BUY THE PROGRAM. Now, that sounds fishy, right. But I was desperate. And, sadly, the program didn’t tell me anything I couldn’t learn in a $24.95 ebook.
But, in the “random acts of kindness” category I have forgiven him, and Patti’s gesture (along with the upcoming 9-11 anniversary) reminds me of a great quote about our fellow human beings: “So great has been the endurance, so incredible the achievement, that, as long as the sun keeps a set course in heaven, it would be foolish to despair of the human race.”

I have also been in the position where I have to weigh very carefully the things that $1 can buy — like 2 cans of cat food, or some toilet paper, or a bag of rice, etc., versus spending that dollar on something like your sale!

OMG! This reminds me of my favorite movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life.” I watch it EVERY Christmas and sometimes again in July.
In the end, all of the townspeople are bringing money to help George. The moral is, “No man is a failure who has friends.”
This is just like that. So cool. But my favorite line in that scene is when the black lady comes in, digging out her money, grinning from ear to ear and says, “I was saving this up for a deevorce if’n I ever get a husband.” LOL
Of course, I cry from the bridge scene all the way til the end.
YES! I thought of that too. The lady who goes to the window during the rush and asks only for what she NEEDS exemplifies her giving nature too.

Wow! This is a truly lovely place to be. I so enjoy being able to be a part of the Tiffany Dow family. I have been watching Tiff for several years also and Tiff you are inspiring, uplifting, silly, kind and just plain old fashioned sincere. Its the one place I feel safe when it comes to internet marketers or gurus. Because of you I have made some helpful connections, and learned about the down to earth side of internet marketing. No pie in the sky stuff. My life has had a lot of tragedy the last two years. Its drained me, crippled me in some ways, taken my hopes and dreams, but I’ve hung onto to you as a little ray of possibility. You cause me to believe, it is within reach. I scramble to pay my internet bill each month just so I can stay in touch with your latest news and the group that has been building here. I think with the world in the state it is we all need people that can be an example that American pride and compassion are still alive. And baby we get that in you!

He’s listened to me sing Tiff praises around the house since January. He knows what Honey’s up to, what your cat’s doing to her, what unsubscribe idiots you have…everything!
So, when this stuff all started I let him know how sick you were and told him I was going to trade in my family for yours since they were treating you so well. Yesterday I came home and started to tell him about the Angel fund. The conversation went like this…
Me: Hey, you remember I told you how sick Tiff was and how she put everything on sale for $1?
Son: OMGosh! Get a room already!!
His way of letting me know I talk about Tiffany a LOT!! (And I told him, after I could speak again from laughing so hard….that I can’t cause you’re in Texas!). LOL

I think this is amazing! You could easily make this type of thing a regular event (not you just giving away all your products ha ha!) but a portal where people can donate either funds or even their own info products. I would even create an info product to give away. I think it’s a great idea that could help so many people.

I would just like to add my 2cents worth, you are indeed an angel and I hope one day that I can pay it forward as well. My partner was made redundant back in March and he received a small payout which is almost gone. He is doing an IT course which will finish shortly so it’s a bit scary with house payments to be made as there is no guarantee that he will get a job but it is really what he wants to do. I am going to use your PLR to build a couple more sites and add some great content to my main site. I also decided to start the PLR course as I love writing and I can see from the comments that your students have had some great successes.
