My mentor mentioned this in passing and I started digging around and MAN – I can’t wait to get my hands on Firepow. It’s Andrew Hansen’s blogging software that is way more than just the typical blogging tool people use.

He’s not releasing till July 1st, but it has so many cool things that are puuuurrrfect for a non-techie like me (and you?). For instance – I can’t code to save my life, so in the WordPress themes generator, you just pick and choose what you want and it adds it in for you.

It has a task manager for your blog, so if you want to schedule thrice-weekly blog posts, it’ll email you and say, “get off your ass and blog, dummy!” (Well not like that, but you know what I mean).

Another cool thing – when I first tried to get video into my blog, it was a big old mess. I screwed all sorts of things up and deleted more entries than I care to admit. Firepow has a Camtasia button that you click to easily add your vids.

And it has a cool plugin called TESTIT that lets you split test your blog posts!! That is awesome because even though it’s a peer to peer atmosphere, your content can work for or against you, so split testing is important. Check out Firepow to learn more.
