Studies prove that women are still struggling in the offline workplace to earn the same salary as a man for the same job. Whether or not you’ve had to deal with this, it helps to know you never will in the future.

Working for yourself online, there’s no divide between men and women as far as online earnings go. You can tackle any niche a man is in and you can trump his earnings depending on how much effort you put into it.

The workforce should never be a man versus woman event anyway, but unfortunately it often turns out that way – especially when two genders are vying for one position on the corporate ladder.

With Internet marketing, you’ll never have to compete against a man to have the title you want. You can do the same thing men are doing online and do it faster and better than anyone you’re up against.

There is no Battle of the Sexes. If you’re ready to step up to the plate, you can bypass workplace injustice and get the salary you deserve, the hours you want, and the job title you’ve always dreamed about without anyone daring to utter the word “No” to you.

This is it, ladies! You have no excuse to fall back on – no one else to blame but yourself if it doesn’t pan out. It’s a lot of pressure. Can you handle it?

I believe you can – and I do everything in my power to help you learn self reliance and gain the confidence you need to go up against the big boys on the ‘net because you may have trained yourself to believe you can’t compete – and we both know that isn’t true.

Some of my best mentors and JV partners online are men. In fact, 99% of them, so I’m not on some anti-man rant here. I just want my fellow women marketers to be more visible in the Internet Marketing world. The women seem to be hiding out in their niches but it’s time you start to brand yourself as a leader!
